1. “travel on a shoestring” |
Meaning:
It means to travel very cheaply.
Example:
“We travelled on a shoestring when we went to Europe four years ago. We had a good time without spending too much money then!”

Meaning:
It means to lie in the sun and enjoy the rays.
Example:
